365 Baji Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player") and 365 Baji ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account or using any service offered on 365 Baji, you enter into a binding agreement with us under these Terms.

365 Baji operates as an online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer games, fishing games, and related entertainment services. The platform is designed primarily for players based in Bangladesh, and all services are provided in accordance with the applicable terms set out here.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits:

04 Bonuses and Promotions

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 365 Baji. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.

365 Baji employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. If suspicious behaviour is identified, we reserve the right to suspend your account, withhold funds pending investigation, and share information with relevant authorities where required by law.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

365 Baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks initiated against 365 Baji by the player.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at support staff or other players.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, 365 Baji will conduct an investigation. During this period, access to your account and any associated funds may be restricted. You will be notified of the outcome once the investigation is complete.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

08 Privacy and Data
